I write to tell you what an extraordinary job Paul B. and Roger E. did for us this past week. It was barely Monday of this week when I inquired about adding to our stone wall. Today is Thursday, and the work is completed.
The Postal Service has nothing on Roger (“neither rain, nor sleet, nor snow...''). Roger arrived on Wednesday after sizing up the job on Tuesday. He worked diligently, professionally, and artistically throughout the morning, returning on Wednesday (with the snow steadily falling and the wind wailing) to complete the job. The result is an extraordinarily beautiful stone wall, perfect in the curves following the sidewalk edge. The stone is carefully trimmed and fitted, level and carefully placed. To go the extra mile, Roger reset previously installed stones in another part of the walkway to make sure all the older stonework blended visually with the new. In short we were blown away (and not by the wind!).
And, of course, Paul's organizational skills are legend in getting the job done. Now, we don't need to tell you that, but I expect it's nice to have a customer - a very satisfied long-term customer - confirm Paul's customer care and attention!
We expect to get lots of, “What beautiful stonework! Where did you get it done?” from our friends and colleagues. We will not hesitate to tell them where and why we choose Buckeye Landscape every time!
